Umm, yes. And to think, I nabbed the recipe via my first (and so far, solitary) click on the sort-of viral website: What the Fuck Should I Make for Dinner dot Com. Not bad for a maiden visit, even though it really just bounces you to a random entry on Epicurious (whom I'm sure are thrilled with the association.)
Strangely enough, I happened to have almost everything on hand to whip up the bison meatball suggestion it unloaded on me—and that includes the bison, which I buy pretty regularly in order to make things like burgers and chili a bit less by-the-numbers. Here's the recipe for these wonderfully soft, spicy, and delicious meatballs. We actually served them with pita, not all fancified like in the picture. But the photographic lure of red Sricacha hot sauce and sonic green yogurt dressing made busting out the camera and good china feel totally within reason.
